1. Purpose
This Fair Usage Policy ("Policy") sets out the usage guidelines and limits that apply to the Clarvo recruitment sourcing platform. This Policy forms part of the Clarvo SaaS Subscription Agreement and is designed to ensure consistent platform performance, fair access for all customers, and sustainable service delivery.
2. Included Resources Per Seat
Each Authorized User seat on a standard subscription plan includes:

Note: Outreach messages are unlimited from Clarvo's side but remain subject to the rate limits and usage policies of the underlying platforms (LinkedIn, Gmail). Clarvo implements responsible sending practices to protect the reputation of connected accounts.
3. Exceeding Fair Usage Limits
If an Authorized User approaches or exceeds the monthly limits:
- Notification: Clarvo will notify the Customer when usage reaches 80% of any monthly limit.
- Discussion: Clarvo will work with the Customer in good faith to find a suitable solution, which may include upgrading to a higher-tier plan or purchasing additional capacity.
- Throttling: Access to the specific feature at its limit may be throttled only as a last resort and only after reasonable notice. Core platform access (login, viewing existing data, managing pipelines) will not be affected.
4. Prohibited Use
The following uses of the Services are prohibited regardless of usage limits:
- Any unauthorized downloading, scraping, or systematic extraction of candidate data from the platform
- Using the Services to build or supplement a competing database or service
- Sharing account credentials or allowing unauthorized third parties to access the Services
- Sending outreach content that is misleading, discriminatory, or in violation of applicable laws
- Attempting to circumvent usage limits through technical means
5. Custom Plans
Customers with higher-volume requirements can contact Clarvo to discuss custom plans with increased limits. Custom limits will be documented in the applicable Order Form and take precedence over the standard limits in this Policy.
6. Monitoring
Clarvo monitors aggregate usage patterns to ensure platform stability and fair access. Monitoring is conducted at the account level and used solely for the purposes described in this Policy. Individual search queries and message content are not reviewed as part of fair usage monitoring.
7. Changes to This Policy
Clarvo may update this Policy from time to time. Clarvo will notify customers of material changes at least fourteen (14) days in advance by email or through the platform. The latest version is always available at clarvo.ai/legal/fair-usage-policy.
